I understand you want to change your pick-up location. Unfortunately, our current system does not allow the editing of pick-up or drop-off locations once a ride has been booked. However, we will definitely share this as a feedback to the concerned team.


To proceed with a new pick-up location, you'll need to cancel your current booking and then re-book the ride with your desired locations. Would you like guidance on how to do this?

We regret to inform you that as of now we do not have an option/ feature to make the changes in the pick-up/ drop location. We therefore would request you to please book another ride as per the slots availability.


Emergency Issue



We apologize for the inconvenience, but currently, there is no option or feature available to modify the pick-up/drop location. However, we acknowledge your concern, and our team is actively coordinating to assess the possibility of creating a new ride for you. Please note that in such cases, the amount will be charged for both the ride and previously booked ride is non-refundable.
